So I figured I'd warm up the muscles a bit I obviously didn't push myself but wanted to see how it would feel to work my upper body...again on a scale from 1-10 it was a 5 in pain....not sharp but constant....So I'll take it easy until I'm healed and your suggestions are welcomed!
