**I was exhausted tonight...had to be in super early for work and not enough sleep....plus my LEGS ARE STILL SORE from Saturdays workout!
All in all got some energy during workout but blew it on the seated curls..pushed myself on the DB Deads...plus I don't want to get in trouble at PT for my legs being so darn tight tomorrow!
