BENT ROW: the last 2 were alittle sloppy..felt it in my chest....
Warm Up: 2x95x12
Working: 1x115x8, 2x135x6
Rope Pull Down (did this wrong last time)
Warm Up: 1x60x12
Working: 3x75x11,11,10 (Difficult)
STIFF LEG BAR:
Warm Up: 2x95x12
Working: 1x115x8, 2x135x6,6
DB LEG CURL:
Warm Up: 1x15x12
Working: 1x20x12, 1x25x12, 1x30x10
**I feel this in the sides of my calfs too...maybe just another muscle found I haven't used?!
Was at the World Gym in Niagra Falls...
Felt pretty good...
