On a positive note-2 people have mentioned my legs...that I've put on muscle...praying it's true...I can feel it but don't see it! :o)

Warm Up: Bike 5 minutes-I have to tell you I did some weighted side bends on 5/16 and I can barely move-my back aches...but I decided to see if I could push thru it...
