LYING LEG CURL:
Warm Up: 1x35x10 different machine than last week...harder...

SINGLE LEG CURL:
Working: 1x10x12, 1x20x12, 1x30x11, Ok now I know my weight on this one too a different machine.
Feel pretty good about workout.
Macros perfect.
This am back to my usual 126.4
