Warm Up: Eliptical for 10 minutes

CALF HEAVY (Machine that makes u look like you're riding a bull...I mean seated Calf Raises)

Working: 1x45x25, 1x70x25, 1x80x25 2x90x20 ouch!
Am I lifting my body weight too on this?!

Worked with less weight to get lower on my leg presses
By the time I did the lunges my legs were exhausted....
All in all feel good didn't run today...
