Bike 30 minutes intervals

YOGA:
Ashtanga 1:40

Great to do yoga..body super tight...hoping to incorperate it more in my weeks...2x a week would be ideal.
Won't freak about my weight anymore.. :o) I'm a psycho what can I say?! Body dismorphic disease? LOL!
