INCLINE DB CURL:

Working: 1x25x7, 2x30x5 (Have to have spot for last rep on left side)
CABLE CURL: low pully

Working: 1x30*x10, 2x40x8* on each side ( 2armed cable curl)

Should've drank a shake last night to get protein up but had such a late meal that I just couldn't....back on track tomorrow! :o)
