So on Saturday I walked the lake with my good friend Allison.
We kept a good pace and did 3 miles.
I then went to the gym later in the day and did the stair mill for 40 minutes just
to work up a bit of a sweat.
I'm on the mend...my back/chest is getting better...can't do a pushup yet or an upward/downward dog movement yet...but it's not as painful as yesterday.
