Ok- I knew I should've taken today off...tossed and turned all night long-legs sore from workout/waitressing/sprints but noooooo had to push it...came close to a melt down in the gym.
Maybe I need to stop the 531 for awhile.

I might do cardio tonight I might crawl up into ball and cry! UGH! Tomorrow I hope will be a better day!
