Working: 2x25x6,6 1x30x5+1x20x5 had a lil help with last rep of 30 on left arm
CABLE CURL:

STEADY STATE #3 Walking on an incline 35 minutes 3.5-4.0speed incline of 7-8
All in all good. Didn't have a good nights sleep...think I shouldn't eat Salmon sooo late...Energy was slacking a wee bit but worked out with Liz so that kept me going... :o)
