CABLE CURL: (high pulley)

Working: 1x20x10, 1x25x10, 1x30x10
STEADY STATE #2: 45 minutes of outdoor biking hills and all....kept it in low gear(?!) not sure if thats the right term to work harder...felt invigorated afterwards!!
