Was at a diff gym...the pads above my ankles kept making my legs spread apart...making it akward
HACK SQUAT:

WALKING LUNGE: (my legs really jello today....)

Working: 3x100x30, 2x120x26....did them slow and REALLY felt the BURN

My legs were still sore from my first Rollerblade the other day....All in all feel good. Really should get to bed though up early to get in a workout and cardio before heading up to your posing class...See Ya!
