Good day...aok workout...need to get better form on front squats.
Now I'm not losing weight or anything but I think my metabolism picked up a bit...I'm running hot from the insdie out...I'm always cold..this happened to me the last time I was training too... and am hungry like every 3-4 hours...starving actually?! But then again that could just be my imagination...
