CARDIO:
A nice slow jog outside for a half hour...was ugly but got her done.

MACROS:
I cheated...to have my last meal of not really badness but ate a homemade wholewheat VEGGIE pizza not the whole thing but a few slices! i'M really STICKING TO your macros as of tomorrow to the tea. the Boyfriend has been warned!!!
