Did my invervals at the highschool track. Jog/Sprint 30 minutes
Have to say I'm improving....only stopped once and not to catch my breath but to get a sip of BCAA's...
My Macros were pretty good...missed my last meal due to migraine....

Migraine woke me up at 4am...wanted someone to take me out to pasture and shoot me...ARGH! Haven't had one that bad in a long time...took 3 meds...and it eventually helped...now just a regular headache...Mom is doing well...bunion surgery...
