7/20 Sprints-Off day for lifting

Super Duper Hot and I should've been smart and done my sprints first thing after walking the dog...lol

5 min warm up
15 sprints
10 cool down
My face is finally bak to a normal color but everyone at work said I had a gorgous glow...maybe I should do sprints in the heat more often! LOL!

All is good-Low Carb Day
