DB DEADS: Hands are KILLING me! Warm Up: 1x30x10 Working: 3x70x10,10, 5 50x5 I was strapped in but my hands aching! LOL! GOOD AM: Working; 3x85x12,12,12 GLUTE HAM: Again can't do at this gym SEATED LEG CURLS: 3x75x10,10,10
