FLAT FLY:

ROPE:
Warm Up: 1x30x12
Working: 2x70x12,12

Alll good. Knees are alot better today, the stairs and me bending down to get something from under the sink and straightening back up were deadly...don't know if it was from Squats or the walking in chucks...
