WALKING LUNGE: I wimped out alittle bit...tried 95 on my own got 4 felt too unsteady...
Working: 3x85x10,10,10 not too pretty..but did it!
FRONT SQUAT: kinda sucked at these today...trying to push myself but do NOT wanna barf!
Working: 2x85x22,25
My workout was super rushed and I hate not to stretch after legs..will be paying for it tomorrow! C'est La Vie!
