FRONT SQUAT:

Working: 1x95x8, 2x115x8,8
LEG EXTENSION:
Warm Up: 1x80x10
Working: 1x160x10, 1x165x10
SUMO SQUAT: Free bar... 1st time
Warm Up: 1x95x10
Working: 3x115x10,10,10
SPLIT SQUAT:
Working: 3x95x12,12,12
these are a bit ugly my right leg could go up my left leg not a chance...
LEG PRESS:
Working: 2x180x20,20
Not bad for an end of the day workout.
