BAR CURL: (form was fixed by me leaning against a wall by my buddy and extreme circuit training teacher...and the person who made the steriod comment...he had to be joking right?!?!?

I've had better workouts! :oP perhaps I am going too heavy and using my momentum a little too much....that I believe..the steriods OMG- the last time I heard something like that was many moons ago...but I wasn't eating right and I had put on alot of size...my mother was visiting me and asked me if I was on Steroids...this was like 20 years ago...and I quit working out and just did yoga daily and outdoor stuff...biking, inline skating...hiking..running...for years...until I was on the verge of turning 35 and didn't want to have tiny skinny but flabby arms and legs anymore...TMI! LOL!
