STIFF LEG BAR:

Working: 2x135x8,8 1x155x6

LYING LEG CURL:
Warm Up: 1x50x12
Working: 1x60x12, 2x70x10,10

My workout kinda sucked...the machines I needed where being used.
So I was a bit out of order and out of sorts.
The boyfriend had his surgery today! YAY! All is good...
