Didn't get much sleep...maybe why my squats kinda sucked...

I think an aquaintance of mine is going to get intouch with you...Liz Paragine...she and her boyfriend comepted for the first time just a few weeks back...at the old man in the mountain or something like that..can;t remember show name..and I think they're both looking for some guidance.
