Had a great workout..shoulders are always a little soar 2 days after chest day...but I stretched them...

Stairmill: 40 minutes

POSING: About 20 minutes...practice practice practice...like my new shoes and getting them worn in alittle....

Macros: Med Carb Day. all good...

Energy is much better.
