Working: 1x30x8, 2x35x7,7.5 ARGH I need a spot for the last one!!!

UP ROW:

Working: 3x60x9,10,10 a little ugly

REAR DELT:

BAR EXT:
Warm Up: 1x20x15, 1x30x12

STEADY STATE #2
Walking on an incline for 40 minutes.

Tried Explode (?) By scivation before workout...maybe it has niacin in it?! Made me feel like it did...felt the inner heat?!
