WARM UP: Treadmill 10 minutes

FRONT SQUAT:

SUMO SQUAT:

(I had to regrip a few times)

DB STEP UP
Working: 2x25x12,12 1x27.5x12 :o)

CALF SINGLES:
Working: 2x60x20,20 2x80x20,20 1x100x15

STEADY STATE #1: Eliptical (mixing it up a bit)

HI CARB DAY: did ok...missed a few carbs...just felt bloated all day...and not hungry...dunno why...
water retention thang I suppose....
