HAMMER CURL:

PULL UPS:

all of a sudden I finally felt this right for the first time in a long time...so went with proper form...

ROPE PULL DOWN:

STIFF BAR:

DB LEG CURL: I tried... 1x20x12, 1x30x8 have to get over fear I'm going to drop weight on back...

LYING DOWN LEG CURL:

My hamstring is Killing as I write this...over did it a little I guess...
