MARCH 11 LEGS A2

LEG EXT: (Strive leg ext machine)
Warm Up: 1x45x10, 1x70x10
Working: 2x115x10,10

FRONT SQUAT:
Warm Up: 2x65x10,10
Working: 4x85x8,8,8,8 **Good form low behind...last rep or 2 tough  back gets a wee bit tight...

SUMO:
Warm Up: 1x95x10
working: 2x125x10,10 1x135x10

SPLIT SQUAT:
Working: 1x85x12, 2x95x12,12

LEG PRESS:
Warm Up: 1x90x20
Working: 2x140x20,20 deeper than I usually do I think....no hands... lame weight but will improve.

I feel very happy with my leg werkout...I was spent after and I was actually sore this am..usually it takes 2 days.
