**Ok so I saw this guy who is built like a power lifter bang his knees to his chest on these-I get deep but not that deep-he made it look sooo easy...think I should go lighter and see if my hips will allow me to do what he did..holy macral-although I think my hips are too tight...
SQUATS:

WALKING LUNGE:

Banged through this workout due to time...felt like I was doing cardio...
