AM CARDIO: 1 hour extreme circuit training class

BENT ROW
Warm Up: 1x95x10
Working: oops 2x135x8,7 thought I had 125 on bar...couldn't figure out why on earth I was struggling... 2x115x8,8
**Sooo does it matter if I'm underhanded or over handed?!

ROPE PULL DOWN: used close grip handel
Warm Up: 1x55x10
Working: 2x100x8,8

STIFF DEADLIFTY BARBELL:
Working: 2x175x10,9,8 ugh 1x135x10 just because

DB LEG CURL:
Warm Up: 2x20x10,10
Working: 3x30x10,10,10
why do I struggle sooo much to get a 35 up?!?!?!? UGH!

OK workout..not great...none of mine have been great lately...eating has been clean...chocolate out of diet for 3 days... :o) On Macros...

I think that class really wears me out...I do push myself hard...or maybe thats an excuse...UGH!
Will be working out again tonight...not happy bout that...
