SQUAT:
Warm Up: 2x95x10,10
Working: 1x115x8, 2x135x8,8
**What is wrong with me?! The 135's seem soo heavy today...makes me ANGRY want to be stronger! GRRRRRR!

HACK SQUAT: Hammer Strength Linear Hack Press (start 60lbs)
Warm Up: 1x50x10
Working: 1x100x10, 1x150x10 don't think I was getting low enough so did one more set 1x100x10

SISSY: all squat racks being used...this is what i lasso on to...so did LEG EXT
Warm Up: 1x50x12
Working: 1x80x12, 1x100x12, 1x120x11

BAR LUNGE:
Working: 2x65x12,12 1x75x10

LEG PRESS:
Working: 1x140x20, 1x160x20

CARDIO #1: Jog 30 minutes
