Lord knows hoping my form is getting better...

tend to use my arms more than I should I think....was focusing on trying not to.


CARDIO #1 FINALLY Eliptical 30 minutes

All good...weight is up a few lbs but expected I guess...hitting delts after work tonight. Had to be in early again...but all good diet is clean...
