I was on a standing calf raise machine the plates were single numbers so I don' t know what that means...whatever it was it was much tougher than the seated calf machine.
Did a 1o minute warm up on the bike.
Felt pretty good...my rear was bothering me at dinner last night but probably a combo of the jogging from yesterday with was way painful the rest of the day and pushing a little more on legs..
MACROS:
Well I will put in a guesstamite later...a big dinner was eaten...pretty healthy but had 2 vodka's...and I don't drink so not to well today.
OK This is a guesstamite sine the restaurant doesn't have calories listed...the food wsa healthy and not greasy at all....
