Feeling pretty large marge today, could have been from the sodium in last nights final meal...
and mental due to lame workout...Once again told I pushed my leg too much last time around...so took it easy to see the concequence...My hammie bothered me for awhile after my workout but it's getting less painful...I'm thinking positive that I'll be healed soon enough! Hoping to get some yoga in this weekend since I'm no longer traveling for work tomorrow....have been up way too late making meals for the next few days...will be coming in better on my Macros tomorrow...
