(Arms are more bent than straight...is that a-ok? Was told I had good form...just checkin)

Had a good workout although it was a late one...hate that! Feel better that my diet was clean today. Think I'm over having the worlds smallest violin play for me!

Also at the gym I can see the definition in my arms and can see I have a semi 6 pack ,,,at home I look like a rolley polie...must be the lighting...and I did screw up my birthcontrol pretty badlythis past week...so I'm probably retaining more water than usual...TMI I know! :o)
