Hit Cardio Day 2/3/10

Today I did my High Intensity Cardio Day.
I would have loved to run but alas...

that darn hamstring.

So I rode the bike....

great to push myself cardio wise...
and tough too...but really felt exhilarated
afterwards.

Also did 20 minutes of PT Stretches.
My upper body is sore...but it feels good.

Ugh! Carbs over 15 g's...
