My Macros were pretty sucky this weekend...I suppose I fell of the wagon..and feel pretty gross...
All my food is made for the next few days so I should be back and kickin ass...I'm guessing since I'm so far out from August it's ok to mess up sometimes...although I'm soo over it already! When I eat crap I feel like crapola! :o)
