Working: 2x80x10, 1x95x6 droped back to 80 and did 4 more reps
I felt off today...body sore and pretty weak today...think I didn't sleep so well WAY tired and it affected my workout!
Had PT and all went well...still sitting is a real pain....can't figure out what exactly aggrivates it at PT...Staying in NYC for the night...hoping to do a little yoga before bed.
