Chest and Bi's 2/15/10

** Not well today...

INCLINE DB PRESS:
Warm up: 1x25x12, 1x30x12
Working: 1x35x10, 1x40x8, 1x40x8 **Had spot on last 2 all me until last 2 reps

FLAT BAR:
Warm Up: 1x65x12
Working: 1x85x8, 2x85x10 (Had spotter on last 2 again needed a little help with last 2 but mostly me)


PUSH UP:
Warm Up: N/A
Working: 13,11,9...well a better showing than last time!!

BARBELL CURL:
Warm Up: 1x35x12, 1x40x12
Working: 1x45x8, 1x50x8, 1x55x6....wanted to get better form.

ROPE CABLE CURL:
Warm Up: 1x50x12
Working: 3x70x8...hard today!

Good to have a spotter and push myself. I have to admit after 2 drinks last night I am HUNG OVER! A reminder why I don't drink anymore....I think I'm a lovely shade of green today...a bit early for Paddys Day!
