Felt like I had a good workout...felt stronger than I have in the last 2 days. My arms were pumped when finished!
However my macro's sucked.....I indulged in 2 mini dove bars have no idea why...And I just realized I screwed up with the macros for a protein bar so I OVER ATE TODAY!!! I definately put on a pound or 2 this week...I'm pretty in tune with my body so I can feel it. Will weigh in on Sunday....
I have got to get better with these macro's!! Thank god I'm far out from doing a show anytime soon!! See ya at posing class tomorrow!
