**Need to do on calf machine...couldn't find it every thing was moved at my gym...could have gone heavier but was akward when putting the weight back.
**All in all I feel like this has been my best leg day yet. Felt really accomplished when done today!
My legs were super tired by the lunges and I really don't want to reinjure myself but I want to push myself to heal...
I was scared to go heavier in the squats today because I really felt the strain in my hamstring...but I know I could pull more weight.
And the leg press I can definately pull more weight, again being careful.
