The tendonitis isn't as bad as it was the other day and after my deadlifts yesterday i thought it would be worse than it was today...meant to ice it but forgot...heh heh...I started using my wrap for it that puts pressure on my elbow...it's made for supposrt and it helps...but I don't like to be dependant on it...I also don't want to resort to cortizone...at least not yet! :o)
