In AM: Tabata Class: Kicked pretty good butt today...and yes I did box jumps...I'm on the 2nd box now whoohoo!!!

PM WORKOUT: My tendonitis in right arm bad tonight...ugh...

SIDE LATERALS: form good

HIGH INCL DB PRESS:
Warm Up: 1x17.5x10
Working: 2x40x8,8 1st set all me 2nd set had a spotter

FLOOR RAISE:
Warm Up: 1x5x10
Working: 1x10x10, 1x12x9-tough

INCL DB:
Warm Up: 1x15x10
Working: 3x25x5,5,5 *darn elbow!

CABLE CURL: cable cross machine
Warm Up: 1x25x10
Working: 2x35x10,10

good workout...arms tired from class today I think...
