So I'm listening to my body although work is not letting me take a day of rest...
Have to travel to DC after work...was supposed to head back tomorrow night...
now staying until Thurs am...good thing I packed extra undergarments...
and have sweats...and sneakers...might get in cardio...
I LOVE my job! HAHAHAHAHAHHA!!
Tuesday-No Gym
Wednesday-No Gym
Thursday-No Gym
Hoping to get back there Friday am.
I will stay on low carbs as best I can...
And eat clean the best I can.
Other than that still feel like garbage....but I'm hoping the next time I check in I'll be healthy and happy!
