Well I feel weak but think will get strength back!! Left knee is a bit swollen from my bikeride yesterday so I didn't push it....
CARDIO: Steady state: I did 20 minutes this am and will do 25 this evening....too many peeps chatting me up on floor about show! :o)
Going for SEPT 25th.....filled out application...think it will be cheezy and small but gonna work like a champion and do my thing! :O)
