LEGS 13 days out!!! Aug 15

Warm Up: eliptical 5 minutes

LEG EXT:
Warm Up: 1x140x10
Working: 2x160x10,10

FRONT SQ:
Warm Up: 1x65x10, 1x85x10
Working: 2x95x10,10 1x115x8 1x105x8
**went down for proper form....just not getting in the basement with the 115's.

SUMO SQUAT: Today i DID WITHOUT A DUMBELL AND DID ON SMITH MACHINE My elbow bothering me..don't want to stress it unless I have to.
Warm Up: 1x110x10
Working: 2x120x10,10 1x130x10

DB STEP UP
Working: 3x30'sx12,12,12

CALF SINGLES: Donkey machine
Working: 3x60x20,20,20 2x80x20,20

Feel good. Left knee bugging me iced it while eating my all in one and cereal.
Posed for a half hour. only facing wall now.

INTERVALS #1:
5 minute warm up
20 minutes intervals
15 minute cool down
decided to change up my intervals and instead of the track...a little boring there...went to the river and ran the trail...awsome...went by fast...and jogged for most of the cool down ohhh ya baby....rockin the intervals booya! :o)
