SQUAT:

SISSY SQ:
Warm Up: mex20
Working: 1x25x20, 2x35x20,20

BAR LUNGE:
Working: 1x50x12, 1x60x12, 1x65x12

CALF HEAVY (Donkey)
Working: 3x240x20,20,20 2x260x20,20

INTERVAL #2
Track..legs tight...but all good
5 min warm up
15 min intervals
10 min cool down-jog and jog up & down bleachers
