Was advised to go lighter by someone who trains FDNY recruits...said I was gonna hurt my joints or something...In reality I need a 55 bar...but weren't any.
HAMMER CURLS:

Felt like I had a good workout...wished I would've gotten more reps with the 40's. :o)
