5/20 INTERVALS

INTERVALS AT THE TRACK
30 minutes...feel great...
just realized my carbs for my low day are now 110...Have to look at what I have planned for my next 3 meals and cut something out...

So last sunday my weight was 132...I believe some was water weight....
This am the scale was at 129.5....I also measured my waist this am...now I think I lost a little bit there too... Ofcourse I'll give you the full report on Sunday....
